So, you go to the gym and try to work out by watching what everyone else does. Some guys are lifting enough that it could be a car instead, some are lifting just the bar and some are just doing sit-ups or push-ups. What is correct? All of them, but are they right for you? Everyone needs exercise and every male would love to have a ripped body, getting that ripped body does take work.

There are so many factors to making a plan work, you need results and want to get them quickly, you need to know what is the right approach for you. Every body reacts differently to weight loss, exercise and muscle-building so you need to have a system that works for you and gives you all the information for success.

Nothing is more important than a good workout no matter if you are doing it to lose weight or build muscle or both! If you need to lose weight, then you need to focus on that, you cannot build muscle and lose weight at the same time at least not very effectively. You exercise plan needs to focus on what works for losing weight, once you have lost some weight, maybe not your goal weight yet, you can switch to a muscle-building regiment. 

Going back and forth between the two plans will allow you to lose weight steadily and still start to build  routine needs to focus on all muscle groups, to many guys run to the gym and do rep and rep of curls trying to pump up those biceps and forget about their stomachs, backs and legs.


A key to any program is nutrition, a good nutrition plan will kick-start you body and make it much more efficient during any exercise routine. You need proteins but you need the right proteins, just grabbing any protein bar or processed food that is high in protein will make you progress much slower. 

You need to focus or real proteins like chicken, fish, nuts and veggies. If you pick the right proteins and eat them at the right times, you will see much better progress, AND you need to eat those foods at least 4 to 6 times per day. Nothing could be more important to any muscle-building program. 

Your body wants many small meals of the right stuff, not 2 huge meals each day. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel when you eat 5 times a day and smaller amounts. You might even have one or two of those "meals" just a handful of nuts or a smoothie made with all natural ingredients that when combined taste great.


With so many supplements on the market, you need to know which ones are right for you and more important, which ones work for building muscle. Not all supplements are equal! Supplements are crucial to success, your body needs them and so do you muscles. Having the right balance of supplements will make any plan or routine work so much better. 

You don't need to spend hundreds of dollar experimenting with different supplements, you just need to know which ones work and work for the right reasons.
